We spent a sunny evening with Liz and Greg, and they totally rocked it! The always gorgeous Liz works in sales for one of Las Vegas’ top destination management companies or DMCs for those who work with them (Not Run-DMC) and Greg is in marketing for Monster Energy, how fun is that? Having been to the newly opened Container Park, I had been chomping at the bit to do some photos there and we more than had fun. Afterwards we did a little tour of Fremont and then we were fortunate enough to get a little fire monster action at the end. Stay tuned for their upcoming wedding with Scheme Events, you know this one will rock! Can you imagine a more fun couple? Hair and makeup by the ever-talented Your Beauty Call.

Being a wedding photographer in Las Vegas, we get to experience the true meaning of the word diversity. We meet and photograph people from all walks of life and in 2013 alone we worked with truly amazing couples from Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Belgium, The Philippines, Ethiopia, Brazil, Singapore, Netherlands, Georgia, Russia, Moldova, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico, India, Eritrea and Tunisia and now we get to add Canada and Tanzania to open 2014 with!

Todd and Shahin are the kind of couple that have that infectious smiles and you can’t help getting swept up in how much they’re in love with each other. When you meet the person you’re supposed to be with, you just know it and these two definitely belong together. They wanted to bask in the glow of old Las Vegas, so where else to go but Fremont Street with it’s rich history and warm glow of neon and incandescent flashing bulbs? We started at Park, a cool joint with tasty libations and eats that’s right on the corner of Fremont Street and Las Vegas Blvd. for some smooches and canoodling, and then off into the luminosity and vintage radiance that could only be old Las Vegas.

Remember these two? Richard and Bianca came all the way from Amsterdam to sunny Las Vegas for a fun wedding and some cool photos. I had a blast entertaining their little man Darian while Alicia rocked the shutter in the Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay where we got some holiday action, then we headed to Fremont Street for some more fun and neon.

We first met Heather and Erik when we were looking for a caterer brave enough for our most unconventional wedding. Having no fear whatsoever, they stepped right up and we became fast friends. They sent us word recently that it was time for them to tie the knot and who did they call? You got it. Orange Soda rides again. They wanted an old Las Vegas feel to their photos, no problem was our answer. Fremont street is one of our favorite places and we had a ball as always. The ever stunning Heather went all out and made a stop to see Janine and LaVey of Your Beauty Call. Erik was rocking a true old school Vegas suit, most proper to the max. We’re super excited to be working with Juliet and Angelica of Green Orchid Events again, and we know this will come together as one of the cool weddings of the year.

Asha and Gerrard came all the way from Melbourne, Australia to get married in the Grand Canyon and decided a detour to the Las Vegas Neon Museum also known as The Neon Boneyard, was in order. I’m not sure what it is about couples from Australia, but they always know how to have fun. Asha and Gerrard keep that tradition by being two of the coolest and fun people we’ve worked with in a long time. Asha plays it cool but is really all sass and Gerrard is just laid back and comfortable wherever he goes. As we were walking out of the boneyard, their limo came to pick them up and get whisked off to the enormity of the Grand Canyon to get hitched. You’d be hard pressed to find a couple more radiant and in love than these two.

I love this giant clown head, it just radiates creepiness, a stark contrast to the always cool Gerrard.

We couldn’t pass up some Orange Soda Photo fun. Besides, Fanta seems to be the house favorite right now.
